ingredients:
1.flashtool, download here
2.Xperia-Root, download here
(after download, extract )
3.file .ftf fw 58 and ICS offcial
for this thread I use Live with walkman for example
-firmware 58  
-ICS official  
(for other device, firmware 58 can replaced with another firmware which can root)

HOW TO ROOT ICS:

[1] flash your device with firmware 58

[2] root fw 58 ( for rooting firmware 58 can read here )

[3] OPEN folder Xperia-root run 01-local-prop ## 

(click enter, be careful after "checking for root device . . ." will appear prompt from superuser at your device, allow it all. After all it done turn off your device


[4] update your device to ICS with flashtool without check "wipe user data"

[5]after that your device will reboot,first reboot will bootloop
[6] turn on your device
[7] then run 02-push-root-files your device will reboot automatically ##

[8] after that check superuser at your appdraw if there is no superuser repeat from poin 1, usually we are wrong in point No. 3
[9] if superuser appear in your appdraw, connect your device,open flashtool wait for 3-4 second until root allowed appear at yout flashtool (if error mount continue to poin 10)
[10] flashtool open menu advanced select instal busybox

[11] tadaaa your device has ICS rooted

## for poin 3 & 7
1. Connect you device using usb cable
2. Make sure USB DEBUGGING was ENABLED
3. Wakeup your device
4. Allow root access if prompted

HOW TO TWEAK
0.disable your antivirus
1. connect your device ( do not forget turn on your device +check USB DEBUGGING + unknown resource [setings-aplication] )
2.run SE_Extreme_Tweak_Installer
3. choose tweak cwm/bravia
4.click INSTAL (if first tweak has done you can repeat another tweak)
5.reboot
nb: unknown resource at security menu, USB DEBUGGING at menu developer option on ICS setings
